Photosynthetic develops advanced micro-3D printing systems based on volumetric microlithography (VML), enabling ultra-fast fabrication of high-resolution polymer microstructures. The technology combines the speed of SLA with micron-scale resolution, allowing the production of complex 2.5D and 3D structures—such as micro-wells, porous membranes, microneedles, scaffolds, and microfluidic components—within seconds rather than hours. Photosynthetic’s systems are designed to overcome key limitations of conventional microfabrication, including long lead times, rigid geometries, and low yield for tall or porous features, targeting applications in life sciences, diagnostics, and micro-engineering.
